In order to produce high-performance batteries that are used in wireless professional tools, medicine, wireless gardening devices or in pedelecs, e-bikes and electric scooters, it is important to use battery cells with the same voltage charge as far as possible.
Our unique system removes the battery cells from the overpack, scans the bar code, checks the cell for damage, performs the necessary electrical checks and sorts the cells according to the corresponding voltage situation.
High and thus economic cycle times, well thought out test processes that can be flexibly adapted to existing production processes and full quality control of each individual built-in battery cell are the characteristics of our solutions.
